You have provided a framework for student success and independence; to equip students for their worlds and life beyond public school.<BR/>You have given educators a starting place to build on students' strengths and areas to strengthen. One additional point I would make is addressing the issue of assigning paraprofessionals to students. As we know, this encourages "learned helplessness" that is often impossible to overcome.
